Our elegant and friendly restaurant welcomes you every day for lunch and dinner in winter (15/12/23 au 23/03/23 included)
This place with modern and refined decoration will offer you a contrast between the authentic and mountain side of the village and the chic of the hotel, in order to offer you a unique moment.
Lunch (in winter): served from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., without reservation.
Dinner: served at 7 p.m. or 8:30 p.m., with reservation at 04.92.22.24.00.
The Chef will introduce you to refined bistronomic, local cuisine, but also typical regional and mountain dishes.
The entire Bistro d'en Ô team will be at your service to offer you a tasty experience full of flavors offering you seasonal and local products, highlighted by the chef who will take you on a journey through these new discoveries.
In the heart of the restaurant, come and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace which offers you a cozy atmosphere. Sit on the panoramic terrace giving you a clear view of the peaks surrounding Saint-Véran, the ski slopes in winter, and the surrounding fauna with our mascot: the marmot.

To start the day off right, we offer you a varied, balanced and tasty breakfast.
We welcome you from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our breakfast area with its soothing decoration to gently wake you up.
Come and discover our hot and cold, sweet and savory buffet, to satisfy all tastes.
We are committed to offering you local products: cold meats, cheese, honey from the "ALLAIX family" in Molines, blueberry jam from "Plantivore", breads from "La Boulangerie des Cimes". You can also taste our eggs cooked in different forms, dairy products, fruits, cereals, etc. (please notify in advance for special diets)

After a good day of skiing or hiking, the hotel invites you to relax in our wellness area offering:

Access is open and free from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for all customers. Bathrobes provided in the room. Towels provided.
Our teams on site ensure that these spaces are well maintained on a daily basis in order to welcome you in the best conditions. Our technicians carry out tests up to 3 times a day to assess the quality of the water in our pools. Occasional closures may be scheduled in order to correct certain analyses. A monitoring notebook is available, and an external laboratory visits the site once a month to carry out checks. The hygiene and cleanliness of these indoor spaces are our priority.

Cancellation or postponement:
You can make a change or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time at the reception of the Hotel or Spa by email or telephone. After this period, in the event of cancellation, your service will be charged to you.
Restrictions on access to the Spa:
Access to the Spa will be refused to any person who is unwell or likely to be ill in order to preserve the health of other customers and Spa staff.
For everyone's comfort, it is necessary to come to the appointment with proper hygiene.
Regarding pregnant women, Spa practitioners are not authorized to provide massages. In addition, facial treatments are not accessible because certain products used contain essential oils that are contraindicated for pregnancy.
