For hotels, reception is open 24 hours. We encourage you to inform the reception in case of late arrival. For residences, reception is open until 8pm on saturdays. In case of late arrival, please inform the reception to know how to access to your apartment.

Yes, you can rent the machines upon reservation with the reception.

Reaching our establishments is easy because they are connected with the main roads.

 

Our establishments are all located at the foot of the slopes, put skis on as soon as you leave the ski room.

Only the apartment for 10 persons or more have a regular oven and a micro wave. The other apartments have only a micro wave with grill option.

Yes, each property has some accomodations adapted to reduced mobility (shower)

In the sun valley residence, there are filter machine. In chalets de l'adonis, there are machines with cofee capsule, "Nespresso" type. In the Alta Peyra, there are machines with coffee pod. In Vancouver, there are instant cofee with a kettle.

Our properties in La Plagne and St Veran have a private covered parking. For our residence in Les Ménuires, you will find a large capacity public outdoor car park.
We don't take reservation for the parking, you can park your car depending to availability on spot.
 

The check-in time is from 4pm. You can leave your lugages and enjoy the commom area of the property ( pool, lounge).

We accept only 1 pet per apartment/room, with an extra charge.

The rooms in Alta Peyra have a safe box, not the rooms in Vancouver.

In winter, from the 7th day before your arrival: 100% will be charged as cancellation fees.
In summer, from the 2nd day before your arrival : 100% will be charged as cancellation fees.

A charging terminal is avalaible at the Alta Peyra hotel for 15€. For the other properties, it is not possible to charge up.

You can loan a baby cot/chair upon reservation before your arrival (free).

Yes, the access is included during the opening hours.

Yes, each apartment has its own ski locker. For the bigger apartment, all the equiment might not fit inside the locker.

You can access all the rooms by lift except for rooms 430 and 431 in Alta Peyra where you need to take the stairs.
