Cancellation insurance

TO PREVENT ANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

An unforeseen circumstance before your departure, rest assured!

Destination Vacances Montagne suggests that you take out cancellation insurance to prevent any last minute unforeseen circumstances.

The amount of insurance is 3.2% of your vacation rental with a minimum of 14€.

Detailed notice of conditions

Mondial Assistance will reimburse down payments or any amount kept by Destination Vacances Montagne less a deductible fee indicated in the table of cover amounts and invoiced in accordance with the general conditions of sale thereof, in the event you have to cancel your trip before leaving.

In which cases can you be reimbursed?

Reimbursement of cancellation fees in the event of:

• illness, accident or death of the insured, a member of their family or an accompanying person (including relapse or worsening of a previous condition)

• serious damage to the insured's home, business premises or vehicle

• operation for an organ transplant, or to resit university exam

• redundancy, getting a job, professional transfer

• accident or breakdown of your means of transport

• refusal of tourist visa

• modification of leave by your employer *

• theft of identity papers *

• summons for the adoption of a child

• unfavorable medical advice

CANCELLATION FEES: According to the conditions of the cancellation fee schedule

DEDUCTIBLE: 10% of the amount of cancellation fees (minimum 5€ and maximum 45€)

* 25% of the amount of cancellation fees (minimum € 150 / per person)

Subscription conditions

Contract duration: Temporary contract up to 4 months

Nature of the trip: accommodation,

Beneficiaries: People residing in France (including Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy and Guyana), in a country of the European Union or in Switzerland
